SEVENTH
This second-storey addition for a growing family took unusable attic space and converted it into a huge primary bedroom with a sexy ensuite and a private balcony. On the main floor, we removed walls and added large picture windows, new hardwood flooring throughout, and a custom-built white oak staircase. Hardy Board exterior siding completed the job and elevated this home from its original structure.

PEAREN
This young family of four were ready to make everyday living more beautiful. They came to us with a vision for their space and trusted us to bring it to life. We helped them reimagine their main floor, with an open concept floor plan, custom built kitchen, new stair railing and millwork throughout. Creating functional living space through custom design.

CLOSE
We took the lead on designing and updating the main bathroom, powder room and transforming a third-floor closet into an office ensuite bathroom. Each bathroom was designed to to add colour and interest into what were once bland and beige spaces. Trusting us with our ideas we created three unique bathrooms that added design, comfort, and relaxation that aligns with our clients taste

MILLICENT
After serious water damage, this kitchen needed to be brought down to the studs and completely updated. To take on the challenges of this very active family of five, we maximized storage and reconfigured useable pantry space. We injected the clients’ style and love of the colour blue with tiles, flooring, lighting, and striking blue counters.

“Silvie and Liz were professional, communicative, and deeply respectful of our home throughout the entire process. We trusted them implicitly. Their taste, style, and workmanship were impeccable. We now have a kitchen that is not only beautiful, but also highly functional and genuinely fun to be in. What an absolutely precious gift to have a woman’s touch guiding the communication, vision, planning, and execution. ” D. Skye-Engel
ADAM HOUSE
This was an extensive renovation for Adam House, an organization that welcomes incoming refugees. Along with bringing the building up to code we installed an industrial kitchen with custom built-in benches and walk-in pantry. The basement was converted into a bright and spacious meeting space, with an extra kitchen for staff, board room and a spacious gathering area. With updated bathrooms, durable vinyl flooring and new safety doors throughout , Adam House was able to safely reopen and welcome in new residences.

ROXTON
Our client needed to make a home for an aging parent. Our job was to take this once dated 2500 sq.ft. bungalow and convert it into two three-bedroom units. The client trusted us to help develop a floor plan that would use the space wisely without comprising flow and light. Along with extensive sound proofing , we installed new kitchens and bathrooms. Engineered hardwood flooring for the main floor and heated, polished concrete flooring for the basement suite. The renovation completely transformed this dated home in the best possible way.
